INSTRUCTOR BIOGRAPHIES
Brandie Tobin
Brandie Tobin has worked within the accounting world for over 17 years. She started with a CPA firm in 1990 and has since worked with in all areas of accounting as well as general office management. She owned and operated a bookkeeping and tax service from 1994-1997. She headed up the payroll department for a company of over 5,000 employees and has worked as an accountant/bookkeeper consultant for the last 5+ years. Brandie has also taught accounting courses for a continuing education certification program. She is currently the Director of programs and Student Services at EdWay Online, inc. Brandie is involved in a variety of projects within her community, and she has been teaching Art and Art appreciation to students grade 1st – 12th for the last 6+ years.
Margaret Knox
Margaret Knox has received a Masters of Education in Educational Technology from Texas A&M University, College Station and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University, College Station. Margaret has 5 years of teaching experience in public education as well as extensive experience in rapid prototyping as instructional design with EdWay Online, Inc. Margaret is actively working in the technology field and researching new design ideas to incorporate highly interactive online education within online courses. Margaret is active within her community.
Stacy Felkins

My name is Stacy Felkins. I graduated from Howard Payne University in 1992 with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a Major in accounting and a minor in Bible. From that time until 1998 I worked in the Public Accounting field and in the Banking industry. I passed the CPA exam in April of 1996.
I now reside in Pittsburg, Texas where I have lived the past 10 years. I have been married to Michael for 18 years, and we have three children; two girls age 12 and a little boy age 7. For the past 10 years I have been a stay at home mom, homeschooling my children and doing accounting work from inside my home.
